Block Duration, Clocks and Consistency.

Updates (thanks to NeoAwesomeon for pointing out the need to nerf blocking) :

- Now can only block attacks for a bit at a time

- Single player match countdown clock (2 Player is not timed)

- Consistent menu controls

- Player 2 Punch fixes

- Fixed tutorial getting stuck
